Very professional explained the entire process and even called me to let me know I overpaid and refunded me the difference. The woman who called to set up the appointment was personable and conversational. I knew what the cost would be up front. Jonathan and his apprentice came out and got us going! We were just one pesky easy step from having fixed it ourselves. He didn't make us feel bad for having missed that step, and told us he's done it himself if he's in a hurry. While he was here, he fixed a couple of other pesky outlet issues. It was well worth the cost! They'll be back to reconfigure an outlet and install a replacement exterior light fixture too!
